Looking for online support and to help support others

I've had MFP for quite some time now, but I've never used it like I should. Since it's now 2014, I've made a goal to expand my weight loss community any way that I can. I've been doing insanity in a class setting, and I just signed up to do a mud run in May. I'm extremely nervous that I will not be ready for the run, but I'm hoping with the support of others I will be able to train myself for the task ahead.

I know that weight loss is an up and down battle, but I'm here for anyone to talk to for encouragement, and I hope that you will do the same for me :)

  • Hi there, you sound a lot more healthier then i am as there is no way i could attempt a mud run lol...but that aside i am here and willing as a friend to support you on your journey. So feel free to add me as a friend.

    Hey there! My name is Amelia. I just joined MFP and started running. I have never had a diet or exercised regularly before.
    I hope these new habits will help me with stress reduction and a healthier life style. Lets do this everyone 2014 is our year!

    Hi there! I am in the same boat! I have been on MFP before and lost 50 lbs in 6 months. I got comfortable and gained some of it back. Wanting to get back down to where I was and looking to tone. I am training for a half marathon in April. Feel free to add me! I'm looking for friends!! :)

    I hate running and I signed myself up for a 10k in May as well. Thought I should set the bar high and work for it. I also have tried MFP 2 times before with no success...actually I just quit after 2 weeks. Please feel free to add me. I am looking for others that are in the same boat as me. Thanks!
