I was in a competition called Lose to Win that my local Hospital sponsored. I just finished, It was 14 weeks long and I came in 2nd place. Here is the before and after pics from the competition. The before I was 278lbs and the after is 232.2 I lost 45.8 total and 16.5% of body weight.

I bet you feel better than you did before you started your weight loss. That is a huge asset to weight loss. Have your cholesterol, BP, and other tests improved, too? I think they must have. Kudos on your descision to enter the competion and your continuing results. :drinker: (drink lots of water)
