Check me out! Before 175lbs around November 2012. That picture was taken on Thanksgiving and was the motivation to start this weight loss journey. After I am 145lbs. The after picture was taken on New Years Eve this year at a Masquerade Ball downtown. Thanks for looking!

    you look fantastic! I know how hard it is to make progress when you have under 40 pounds to lose but it does make a HUGE difference physically. I'm 5'7" going from 162--> 145 (currently) --> 130ish. So It's really nice to see posts like this!

    I started at 198, currently 173, target 140. Hope I look as great as you when I get there :-)

    Thanks for the inspiration. I'm about the same height, at 179 currently after losing alot already and aiming for 150. Its great to see how great 145-150 can look.
