I was wondering if anyone is doing daily challenges?

    I've never really thought about it. I am challenging myself with doing the Tough Mudder in Tahoe this year, and the weight training I do has me increace the weight I use every work out. It sounds interesting what kind of challenges were you thinking of?

    EVERYDAY:
    Daily Challenge 1 - stay within calories for the day... even better to stay within macros

    I like to mix in others.... time frame I set with a being reasonably attainable then try to do it an extra day or even two/three.
    ---stretch for 15 min every day ---7 days in a row (after day 7 you will WANT to stretch everyday for the rest of your life it feels so good)
    --- drink at least 44 oz of water every day --3 days in a row
    ---10 squats every time you use the restroom-- 3 days in a row
