Returning to lose the weight for good - need your help!

Hi friends, my name's Amanda and I'm returning for my third try at MFP. I've bounced back and forth between WW and MFP for a few years now, and I always find myself the most successful on MFP, so I'm back.
I'm just about to turn 30, and my husband and I are hoping to get pregnant for the first time in the next two years, but I want to lose some of this weight first. I also suffer from PCOS and a herniated disc in my lower back, both of which compound the weight loss problem. I'd like to lose about 150#.
I was doing pretty well last year, lost about 25# in two months, but then my back issues flared up again and I fell off the wagon. So! Here I am again and I'm determined to commit myself to losing it for good.
Any cheerleading, suggestions, friendship that you care to offer, please feel free to add me! I try to be very encouraging and supportive as an MFP friend, so you can count on me to do my best to cheer you on.
Anyone who has any suggestions for getting active with back problems, please, please, please feel free to make suggestions.

Add me I'll do what I can. I don't know how I can help with the back problems but I'll give you support when I can. I dropped 60 lbs. just before the holidays and sadly put a little less than 20lbs. of it back on. Now I'm down to 10lbs. above where I was so 50 lbs in all now. I have at least 20 to go and then I need to maintain. Hope you have good luck on the sight and good luck with all else too.0
