Thought I better come on here and say hello :)
Not really sure what to say so I'll just babble on a bit for those that don't want to read my prof :smile:

Am after losing a bit of excess fat that has somehow managed to accumulate around my midriff....typical 30 something bloke after a Christmas splurge I guess! So lose that and if possible gain a bit of lean muscle - have until the end of April to get it done!!!

Have absolutely no idea about the weight I need/want to lose, or even know how to work out my BMI or %BF so am kinda winging it here - but have to start somewhere! From what I've seen around I think I'll be alright if I just eat blueberries and almonds and drink red wine :laugh:
