1 year - 81 lb loss with pictures!

Yesterday was the one year anniversary of when I decided to change my life. During the year I went from doing absolutely nothing for exercise to making sure I get a minimum of 30 minutes per day. I went from huffing and puffing after using the treadmill or elliptical for 5 minutes to being able to run miles without stopping. I went from hating everything about running to being excited to sign up for 5ks and setting new running goals for myself. I fell in love with kickboxing and decided that I don't mind if I look like the biggest fool ever when it comes to dancing - I like Zumba! I went from wishing my life would change to being the change I wanted to see. In the year I went from wearing a size 22 pants / XXL shirt to a size 10 pants / Medium shirt. I am now halfway through my last pregnancy and in the very best shape of my life. I am still running, I am still kickboxing, and I will continue until I just can't do it anymore. I lost 81 lbs in a year, if I can do it - anyone can!

    Thank you so much! I've got 36 lbs to goal but I'm only 12 lbs away from a healthy weight and I'm almost 5 months pregnant - I'll take it :)
