Post them here! I recently completed the ENTIRE hour of Zumba Cardio Party and was very proud of myself! I had only made it to the American mix before, but tonight I was more familiar with the steps and was so into it that I didn't stop.

Few decent PRs from this weekend myself:
Decided to go pretty close to all-out on the stationary bike for six minutes to end off a cardio session Friday night - pulled out 2.17 miles in that span ^____^
Hit six reps bench press with 100lb dumbbells yesterday and was able to hit a set of ten on the hack squat machine today with 510lbs, and even three-repped 600lbs. While that sounds like and is a lot, it's nothing near doing hack squats with an actual barbell - I'd probably be lucky to get more than half the weight!0 -
