Gained like 4 kgs in one day?!

I was travelling today and had a long haul flight, so I ate much of the food that was offered, I also didn't get to walk around much, so I couldn't burn anything either. Next day, I looked in the mirror and my stomach looked like pre-weightloss period.
I hear this is water weight, and is there any tips you can give to me so I can lose weight fast!? I have relatives coming to see how I'm doing, so I would like to lose it in a week. If I can do it quicker, that would be great.

Airplane food was probably full of sodium. For fluid retention reduce sodium (and I have found for me that reducing sugar helps too) plus make sure you drink plenty of water and the water weight should shift over the few days, that is assuming its not a medical related condition.
Edited to add, I have just read your first mfp post...and in case you do not go back and read the responses there...your goal weight is incredibly low and would put you at a BMI of 15...this would make you severely overweight.0 -
Since you've been travelling did you use the same set of scales both times? That could easily explain the change that you've seen.
To be blunt however you need to choose a sensible target weight before you start worrying about what the scales say. Your target weight seems to be crazily low and I really think you need to reconsider it. If you don't like how your body looks then have a serious look at what weight training can do for you. Have a read through of this:-

There are plenty of other stories about weight training on here too.0 -
Last time I flew long haul I retained multiple kg of water, my legs swelled like balloons.
Having said that, I agree with the above poster who says that your weight loss goal in your other thread is aiming to be extremely underweight and is unhealthy.0
