I wanted to share a yummy recipe that I have found and loved! It uses powdered peanut butter (which is one of my healthier switches since i love PB). It's only 95 calories for 3/4 a cup. Try it out and check out the recipe in the address below.

recipe was good but you really should eat the salad on the same day. they leftovers the next day didn't look so good0
