Born and raised MD

Married, 1 kid ... mid 30's <<<<< ouch that hurt to say. I have about 30 lbs to lose after gaining some of 56 lbs lost.

    yes.. join a gym. But with 5 gyms choose not just the most convenient... choose the one that is most comfortable to you
