    It took me 2 months to lose about 4-5 inches off my waist and yea I was considered obese but it still took me 2 months

    Get everybody else drunk! Nobody will care if you don't have a beach body and everybody thinks everybody else is HOT!

    This is definitely my method. It gets a little costly, but in the end, everybody wins.

    OP: I'm assuming this will not be the last time you ever go to the beach. Start eating at a calorie deficit now and you will be more confident next time you go to the beach! Slow and steady...
