I had been stuck since October 30, hadn't lost or gained a pound in over 2 weeks, and yesterday I added 10 minutes more to my walk, and ran for 1 minute before my cool down. I'm not saying that was the magic, but something worked, and that is the only major difference that I did. Hang in there, maybe try increasing your water, or make sure that you are recording everything that you eat, and see if it makes a difference. You may be eatting too few calories. Don't give up. If you definetly aren't cheating, it may help to cheat a little. Just remember slow and steady wins the race! Don't give up!

It's probably not what you want to hear but it takes time for your body to adapt.

If you have just started working out and eating healthy you could be building muscle which would counterbalance the weight loss.

May I suggest you also take your measurements as this a great way to gauge results.

You may be losing inches and not pounds yet.

Try and stay positive and be proud of the healthy changes you are making for you.

    Best of luck

Don't worry about being "stuck." If you are exercising and keeping an honest account (please don't take this wrong) of your caloric intake, you will be fine. Check your daily fat intake and sodium - is it under your daily goal? Also, are you set for a 1pound/week loss? Finally, do you have an accurate scale, and are you using the same scale to weigh each week?

Have you tried the zig-zag eating thing? Basically you eat your MFP recommended calories on days 1 & 2 and then on day 3 eat 20% more than your recommended calories, day 4 eat 10% less than your recommended calories, and then go back to your recommended calories on days 5 through 7 and repeat if needed. This is suppose to trick your body into thinking like you are eating less even though you are eating what you are suppose to. Not sure how effective this is but a bunch of people on MFP have been happy with the results. I guess it is suppose to jump start your system back into it. Good luck!
