My Goals!

So, it helps sometime to have specific goals to work towards. the more specific the better and the clearly the better. so, if been thinking about some of my current goals. with deadlines and decided to put them here.

1. I have a goal to see 175 lbs. on the scales by Christmas.

2. To complete Insanity with intensity and without injury.

3. Raise at least $1,000 for Bust A Move NL but what I really want to do with that is to be one of the top 20 earners so I can workout on stage!

4. See some progress with my Coaching. This was one that I struggled with when it comes to trying to figure out what I would consider progress. So, here is how I decided to define it: 1. To see the people I Coach getting results-preferrably with a Beachbody program but as long as the results are in a healthy way then i'm fine with whatever it is. 2. to reingage at least 2 people who have not been as active as I would like them to be. I have those people in mind. 3. sign up 1 person from the people I Coach as a Coach themselves. There are 3 people that I know would make excellent Coaches. I would like to see at least 1 of them try it.

5. see RHPS live. This one will be in Winnipeg with my sister. I plan to dress as Dr. frank N Furter complete with the leather jacket. Skipping the wig instead plan on getting my hair and make up done at a salon. October either 2014 or 2015.

6. See Aerosmith again when I get the weight gone. You all know that story: meet him to tell him that now i can get in his pants (cause we'd be the same size). that one is going to depend on their tour dates so I'm going to keep that one open from 2014-2016 although the sooner the better-Tyler ain't gettin any younger!!

7. Complete the Tely 10k Road Race. Summer 2015. The twins will be in school that year so I will be able to get a lot of the training done for it while they are in school.

8. Get my tramp stamp. 2014-2015. Not until I reach my weight goals

9. Get out of debt. End 2015. Then make a plan closer along the lines of til debt do us part that budgets the income so that there are savings and an energency fund and such.

10. get an Island girl photo done. I've never in my life worn a bathing suit without shorts. The idea of putting in this much work to remold my body into what I want it to be-especially considering where I came from when I started makes me want to show the body that I'm earning. 2014.

11. Get to the body that I want to have. I have my goal weight on my TBB profile set as 145 lbs. but that's not a really accurate picture of where. I want to be. I can see in my mind exactly what I want. When I was probably 10-12 years old we had a Frederick's of Hollywood catelog come to the house. The pictures in the catelog were the most amazing I had ever seen! There was one in particular. A woman that looked a bit tike Tiffany and she was wearing high heels and a white long sleeve knitted sweater that came exactly to the waist of her jeans so the sleeves of the sweater were longer than the body and her jeans were stretchy jeans. Not jeggings like they have now but actual jeans that were stretchy. This was back in the time of bubble gum jeans and acid washed. In fact, they might have even been acid washed!! That is the body I want! The kind of body that wears the clothes in magazines.
