days of work or school

I am going to a program twice a week and i am bringing a bag lunch and snack, what type of meals should i take and how do i stop myself to get cravings in a work area with a snack bar. any suggestions would help

    Options
    Pack whatever foods you like, just make sure they fit within your calorie goal. You don't have to eat any special types of foods or get "diet" foods. If you like PB&J, pack it. If you like ham sandwiches, pack it. Doesn't matter. Just maintain your calorie deficit.

    Nuts or fresh fruit! I like to chop-up my apples & pears at home and take them in a zippy bag to snack on when I'm peckish!

    Or popcorn?
