According to MFP I'm getting a lot of vitamin a, almost 5 time more than I suppose to. Is it bad?

Toxicity affects are below in the above article.
Vit. A is fat soluble so it does not purge from the body as quickly as other vitamins. However, 5x does not sound even close to a toxic level.0 -

1/4 cup of carrot is around daily recommended intake, But unless you've been eating polar bear liver then you'll be fine.
I've started ignoring anything other then calories and macros, because there are so many products I know have more micros then s stated or where they are missing entirely so getting an accurate picture of what I need I leave to my doctor to figure out and adjust my diet accordingly.
I didn't care about micros when I thought eating a pizza and nothing else was fine for an entire day, so I'm not going to stress it now that I am eating better.0
