Starting Jillian Michaels 30 Shred

I know I am behind on the Jillian Michales fitness dvds, I just randomly bought it off of Amazon, but i've been reading reviews and I'm totally sold! Who else has tried this and what are your thoughts on it? Does it work? I want to lose weight but also shape myself, my arms are too flabby for my liking and I have muffin tops...but I'm not badily overweight just need to shed about 30 lbs. Will this be helpful?

    It was the first DVD of hers I ever bought years ago and it made me fall in love! It's tough to get through the first few times if you haven't worked out in a while but it's an awesome 20 minute quickie. You will definitely notice changes after a week or two, especially in your endurance.

    I know it says "30 days" but are you suppose to do the workout every day for 30 days or do rest/recovery days between workouts?
