5'10 ladies - what is your goal weight?

I am 5'10" and my ideal weight is around 130-133lbs. I have a light frame, light bones. Anything over 140lbs doesn't work for me. I think it really depends on the individual.0
-
I'm 5'10"...my goal weight is 130.
This is still in the healthy BMI range for my height.0 -
I'm 5'11'' and currently at 189.4. Four years ago, I was 316.5. I'm currently at 26.6% bodyfat. Getting down to 176 would put me around 21%, 170 would have me at 18. I'll be tickled with 175, I think. No matter what, way better off than I used to be.0

listen to your body! the weight you feel energetic and healthy should determine the weight.0

I'm 5' 10.5. Goal weight is 145 but I'm throwing myself a parade if I can make it to 150. :drinker:
^^^same for me^^^
Currently I am 1780 -
I am 5'11 and my weight currently is 69lbs. While my upper body is just fine the way it is right now, I still carry a lot of weight around my booty, my thighs and calfs. I would love to see some fat melt in that area. My goal weight is around 150 lbs - depending on how I feel and look. Feel free to add me - I'd love to have more friends with comparable stats.
Have a great weekend everyone :flowerforyou:0 -

I am 5'10" and currently around 175. Still have way too much body fat - but I have a small frame. I am shooting for 150-155.
This...but I'm 5'11''. I would LOVE to hit 159...then see where I am. I had my bf comp done this past week, and it's at 24.9%! I did weigh in at 177 that day...period was approaching two weeks early at the time. I'm usually at about 173-175 over last year or so. I WAS 168-171 a couple years ago. Would love to get back down to that then lose about 10 more.0 -
Wow! I actually responded to this 8 months ago!!! Almost to the day! And I'm still at the same weight give or take a few pounds. Guess it could be worse!! I really need to start strength training again. :ohwell:0

Hey there... I guess it depends on your bone structure... I am 5'10 1/2.. im currently 172... 6 months ago i was 158-160..and still needed to lose some..guess it depends on taking your weight down and seeing how you like your look..i keep all my weight in my butt..legs...thighs... im 34 b..29 waist.. belly not to bad..and lower legs great.. so for me at a small frame im setting my goal to 145-150 ish and go from there..i figure if your average super model is like 6 feet or taller and there like 125-130 is then 145 wouldnt be too low.. goodluck to you tall girl0

I'm 5 10" 187 size 12. My short term goal is 165 but I will most likely adjust down to 145 - 150 when I hit it if I not happy. Love lifting and want to hold onto strength and lean muscle mass.0
-
i'm 5'10" and 150 would rock my world. Coming for you ONEderland!!!!0
-
I would like to try on 165 and see how that looks, then I will decide from there. I have no idea what size pants I will be in at that time.0
-
I'm 5' 9.5". And currently 176lb. I would love to get down to 160 and see from there how I feel and look.0
-
I would like to get down to 142. That is when I feel best, but I would be happy with 150.0
-
im 5.9/10 ish , my weight was about 135lbs , i would be happy just in healthy range 140-1700
-
I am 5'10! yay tall girls!
I am currently between 181-185 (hate the fluctuations UGH!) My goal weight is 175. Very happy there. I think I'm one of those women who are a little thicker naturally because I wear a size 10 even sz 8 sometimes in clothing. 6-10 more lbs for me and i think i'll be a solid 8.
I'd eventually like to get down to 170lbs and build 5lbs of lean muscle mass0 -
I am 5'11 and about 1550
-
my goal weight is 160. I was 127 for 10 years and could not gain weight. Now I am 195 and can not lose weight. I can, it is more of a challenge to maintain once it is gone. About two years ago I got to 168, it felt good, but only lasted a year.0
-
I'm 5'10 and weigh 131lbs. My chest is very thin and bony but I still have a lot of fat on my legs, arms and a belly pooch. It depends on your shape.0
-
Comfortable goal weight might depend on your age, too. I'm 42. Before I had my second kiddo, I was down to about 165 and looked fabulous, but it was a lot of work. Now I would be happy to get to 185 -- it's a weight that I feel reasonably good at, and it's not as difficult a weight to maintain. It's also about 50 lbs more than I weighed in high school, and 20 more than I weighed in college, but I'm okay with that.0
-
Aiming for 180, would LOVE to get to 165!0
-
5'9" and my ultimate goal weight is 140......I was 162 when I got my drivers' license at 16 so I'm hoping to get under that and have a lot more muscle than I did then!0
-
5'10" and going for 145ish. With muscle this time! Weighed 135 in college, but that looked too thin. I'm now 58, have weighed a consistent 165ish for the past 5 years (not good looking either!), and it's harder on my knees to carry the "extra" on my 5K runs. So I think 145-148 is my goal, but let's see what strength training does for me, and then I'll adjust. It's more about looks and feeling than it is about the number, for me. Well, except for the BMI number.0
-
150lbs or maybe 130lbs because of the enviroment im in most of the people are really skinny and ive always wanted to be skinny. Goal pants size is 7.0
-
I'm 5'10 and big-boned. I'm currently 190 and was 170 for a long time. 170 was fine for me if I toned a bit, so I'm hoping to be 150-160 toned. Anything under 150 would look bad on me, way too skinny!
Good luck0 -
Well just to shake things up I'm 5'10" and 125. I am very small-boned, obviously I'm not trying to lose weight, just build more muscle. But I guess it just goes to show that different frames look different ways! By no means so I look super thin or anything.0
-
I am 5'10 and I started at 171 and am shooting to get to 150. I actually would like to be between 142-145 ( I have a small frame) but I know that my body likes 150-153.0
-
I'm 5'9" and have a large frame, and my goal is 150. However, if I look and feel good at a higher weight, that's ok too.0
-
I'm 5'9, and my ultimate goal is 160 - but I also would be freakin' ecstatic just to get to 199. lol0
