Today is overcast and I'm crampy and bloated from my period, not to mention I'm exhausted! All I want to do is curl up in bed and sleep. I really should workout though, since I haven't for 2 days. I know I feel great when I'm done....but how do you get past the exhaustion? I'm so tired I ache! :yawn:

Acai is usually the boost my girlfriend needs when her time of the month is around. I'd recommend tricking your mind and saying you'll only do half of your routine, then just play it by ear at that point. Hope you feel better.0

Oh, think how happy you'll be if you DO workout. It will get those endorphins flowing in the crummy weather here in the PNW... c'mon, you can do it!!0
