Hello everyone!
I've been on here for about a year on and off, (struggling with disabilities and such) but recently I've just been saying "I NEED to do this for my health" My family has a history of heart problems and I am NOT going to get that too! So the last week I've been logging in everyday and been under my calorie goal everyday (except for one) which is pretty good for me, I've noticed a few things, my disabilities are getting a bit better (anxiety, OCD, TS, depression), my doctor even told me if I lose weight and exercise, that they'll improve, obviously they won't go away, but as long as I can manage them without being on meds, that would make me so happy! :)
I also noticed that my stomach looks a bit thinner, which is pretty cool considering it's only been a week, I weigh 175.0 lbs as of Sun, so this Sunday I will check my weight again, see if it's changed, anyways, just a little bit about what's going on with me ^^ (if anyone cares) :P

  • Great Job! working out and doing right to your body always will make you feel better. I have been telling myself for the past two years that I wanted to do this and I would start and stop and start and stop...you get the point! NOT THIS TIME! Im determined to do this for myself....We have to have strong will power and over come the cravings like I just did today at lunch! I will be sending you a friends request, so maybe we can help each other out when a craving or anything else for that matters comes along! AGAIN AWESOME JOB!
