Snacks for calcium and iron

Any snack ideas to boost iron and calcium levels (not a fan of cheese if it's not cooked in things)

I'm always low on these and am anemic already. Any suggestions? I think I'm going to have to start making lunches with clams or some such thing.

Raisins have lots of iron, as does jerky (which can be a healthy snack if you pay attention to labels or make it yourself so you have control over what goes into it). As far as calcium, a go-to might be yogurt.

Many cold cereals have added iron

Chickpeas.....make a hummus of sorts & dip raw brocolli. The brocolli will boost iron absorption because it also has vitamin C

Nuts have iron....add to greek yogurt

It's not a snack, chew a couple of tums and that will cover your calcium.

Do you like Parmesan cheese (the imported kind from Italy, called parmigiano reggiano)? A lot of times, people who don't like cheese, still like parmigiano. One ounce of parmigiano has 30% daily value of calcium.

Other sources of calcium: canned salmon, broccoli, kale, almonds, almond butter, tahini paste.

Iron rich snacks are boiled eggs, dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, beef jerky. Did you know one teaspoon of dried thyme has 10% daily value of iron? Sprinkle thyme in your salads, soups, meat, etc.

Vitamin C will help you absorb iron, so pepper, kiwi, oranges, berries and so on. I always sprinkle a little lemon on my salad and in my water. I'm still anemic but it really helped me. Reducing my huge espresso intake also helped.

By the way, don't pay too much attention to MFP micronutrient macros, because many foods don't list their micronutrient content.
