Sick today....

So, i've got a sore throat today. I ate some soup ad crackers even though i'm not really hungry. I'm at school anyway and could probably make myself work out because i hate to miss a day. But, i don't think that i'll make it to my minimum 1200 calories anyway. Would it be better just to skip the work out today or go anyway even though i'm sick??

  • Wouldn't you rather rest today, get your energy back up and have a fabulous workout tomorrow?
  • Skip the workout today, but drink lots of fluids and REST that is the most important thing. You will be healthier in the long run and being sick and working out can make things worse! :) I hope this helps!
