App to Track Food Groups

Does anyone know of an app (preferably that uses MFP data), that tracks food groups? MFP is great but it doesn't help direct one towards more healthy eating. I need to track how many vegetables, breads, dairy, meats etc.. in addition to the great metrics from MFP. It seems that when inputting foods into MFP there should be an app that would identify major food group classifications.

You could check out My Dash Diet. I'm using it to keep track of my fruits and veggies. It's not so great for total calories and the food look up is awkward but I mostly use the generic entry to count the number of f & v I eat. Seems I should be able to do this in my head. I aim for 4 fruits 4 veg/dAy.0

You can track by food groups and empty calories at www.supertracker.usda.gov0

I changed the names of my MFP meals from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, to Grain, Fruit & Veg, Dairy, etc, so that I can track food groups. Data entry is a little more cumbersome, but it's also more useful.0
