Guacamole stuffed salsa chicken

I made this on a whim the other night and it was delish and super simple!

Yield: 2 serving
-- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 280 cal
-- 1 tbsp. olive oil, 60 cal
-- 2 tbsp. salsa, 10 cal
-- 2 tbsp spicy guacamole, 50 cal
-- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, 80 cal
-- 1 tsp chili powder
-- 1/2 tsp cumin
-- 1 tsp cinnamon
--1 tbsp brown sugar, 46 cal

=526 calories, 263 per serving

1. Cut pouch into chicken breasts being careful not to cut all the way through.
2. Mix spices. Rub with olive oil and spices.
3. Mix 1/4 cup of cheese and guacamole in a bowl. Stuff chicken.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Top chicken with any additional guacamole, salsa and remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
6. Bake for another 5 minutes or until chicken is done and cheese has melted.
