Stuck on a Plateau...

Hello Fitness Pals! As you can see from my Avatar, I have lost a good amount of weight. I am 5'5" went from 165-150 over the course of the last 6 months which I think is AWESOME but I'm not done yet. I have just entered the "healthy" range of weight for my height but would like to get down to 140 which is still a healthy weight but I assume I would be leaner and more athletic.

For the last 6 weeks I have been plateaued at 150lbs. I eat a healthy, low carb, paleo diet with few cheats except for beer when I watch football. Every day I ride horses for 4-6 hours and after that I work as a horse dentist. I am active, healthy, and happy but am frustrated with this plateau. Have any of you beaten plateaus? Can you give me some tips? I would really appreciate it.

Have you adjusted your calories to reflect your new weight?

    Are you weighing your food?

I did adjust my calories on here... but with the amount that I work (very physically) I basically never meet them.

I do measure my food but I don't weigh it. That sounds too neurotic for me.

I should add- I was bulimic for most of my adult life until last year, that is when I gained the weight. I am trying to lose the weight without doing anything like weighing that puts so much emphasis on precision-that's how I relapsed in the past.
