30 minutes of cardio daily?

Do you think that's too much? I think It's a reasonable amount, not too much, not too little and totally doable. I am not extremely active throughout the day so will getting off my bum for 30 minutes really hurt me?

    I do 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week...just take Sundays off. Seems to helping me...down 30 pounds. :-)
  • I'm extremely sedentary throughout the day. I do 30-60 minutes of cardio at least 6 days of the week. I love it. It's good for you. Eat back those exercise calories though if you're in excess.
  • 30 minutes a day is a great goal. Eventually you might want to think about adding some strength training and stretching. Strength training helps build strong bones and of course stretching improves flexibility.
