I love all my FP friends but find most of them have a goal higher than 1200 cals/day. I have a sedentary job and this is where I need to be on most days. I would love to see how more people maintain this low calorie lifestyle in a healthy way! Add me if you would like! :)

    You can add me, been on 1200 for over a year, no exercise apart from walking a few miles to shops etc

    Hi !

    Add me. I am 52 years, so my metabolism is slow. I have a sedentary job. I do around 5 hours of exercise per week. In order not to gain, I need to eat no more than 1,200 calories/day.
