    DOMS is a wonderful thing. Enjoy it. It may hurt, but just relax - shows you are working muscles you don't normally use!

    Yes I remember day 11 of my first round of 30DS....after it was all done...I laid on the floor and actually cried...true story...

    I hurt the next day..and the day after that but kept at it..

    8 months in...2 rounds of 30DS (yup 2 rounds) then lifting for 18 weeks and I felt amazing...added in HIIT 2x a week....I couldn't laugh without it hurting yesterday...after my HIIT on Tuesday..but guess what I did it again last night...

    Just keep going and working it...
