I don't have a source where I get ideas but I can give you a few.

    My breakfast today was :

    Half a grapefruit
    - English muffin
    -2 egg whites
    -2 slices of turkey bacon

    Afew more ideas:

    3 egg whites
1/2 English muffin or whole wheat toast
    Half of a hass avocado
    2oz of cooked deli turkey
    1/2 cup of blueberries

    1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of almond milk (for oatmeal)
1 banana inside oatmeal or separate
2 egg whites (on the side)

Basically balance your breakfast with carbs, protein and healthy fats & cook with clean oils. :)

    ^^Agree

I usually have toast with peanut butter and jam, or oatmeal with almond butter. It is important to me to have protein otherwise I get very hungry. Weekends its usually oatmeal, omelets, waffles, French toast or crepes. I make my own fruit sauce for toppings, Delicious

I have two go-to breakfasts - a savoury and a sweet, and I just go with whichever one I feel like each morning.

    Savoury:
0.5-1 cup egg whites (from a carton, or 4-6 egg whites), scrambled
1-2 pieces of multigrain toast spread with pesto and tomato slices

    Sweet:
    200g greek yogurt
50g frozen berries or other fresh fruit
optional: 0.5-1 scoop vanilla protein powder

I tweak amounts to fit for if I'm on a cardio, lifting or rest day for workouts. Extra protein if I'm lifting (egg whites, protein powder), a little extra carbs if I'm running (toast, fruit), or a smaller breakfast if I'm resting.

    Also, COFFEE. ALWAYS COFFEE.

:) hope this has been somewhat helpful - these are the breakfasts I've found to have the best macro splits and calorie levels for me personally.
  • I eat a ton of oatmeal. There are so many ways to dress it up... stevia, cinnamon, raisins, sliced banana, peanut butter, etc. Overnight oats are another good one. Equal parts rolled oats, low fat yogurt, and almond milk. Mix it up and leave it in the fridge overnight, then in the morning add your toppings. If you google overnight oats you'll get tons of ideas, from sweet dessert-type concoctions to fruiter options. In the event I don't have oats, I usually go for a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter... looking back on this, I eat a lot of peanut butter. But really, what better way to start the day?

    I alternate.
One day I have a mixture of musli, Qia, nuts, banana and blueberries with skim milk and the next day I have 2 eggs over easy on whole wheat toast or English muffin.
I have a cup of green tea and a cup of chai tea with milk.
I also have 4 oz of prune juice to start with and 2 large glasses of water.
I, also need the protein and fat in the morning to power my workout.

Every once in a while, on a week-end morning, we go to our favorite place for bagel, nova, red onion, tomato and cream cheese sandwich. That is so good!
