Dieting for 24 hrs and still no weight loss, I QUIT!!

I'm so frustrated and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I log everything I eat except fruits and vegetables because really, they're practically calorie free and WW tells me I don't have to. I've tried everything and nothing works! It most be my metabolism!
7am- followed Atkins
8am- turned vegan
9am- did a fast
10am-blood type diet
11am- raw food diet
Noon- Subway diet
1pm- 22pt ww meal
2pm- another fast
3pm-a bottle of laxatives
4pm- slimfast shake
5pm- south beach
6pm-another fast
7pm- time to cleanse!
8pm- off to the Bernstein clinic!
9pm-put on herbal wrap
10pm-12pm- laxatives kicked in
midnight - 7am- strapped on my EMS machine to get a workout while I sleep
I just don't get it! Should I up my calories? reduce my calories? eat back my exercise calories? eat breakfast or skip breakfast? Should I stop eating after 6pm?
I would love for everyone to chime in with advice so I can tell them that nothing will work for me because I'm special.

Are you eating for your body type? You know apples, pears, and bananas can't all eat the same foods.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I mixed my juicing in with my slimfast. I thought it would save time. Maybe that's where I went wrong! Tomorrow I'll separate the two and I'll try doing everything above while walking on a treadmill. Who would have thought this weight loss thing would be so hard...had I known it was going to be hard I never would have tried it in the first place! I bet all those people posting 100lbs losses have it so easy compared to me! :laugh:0 -

What's really funny...or sad, whichever way you want to look at it, I've actually done a lot of things listed above at one time or another over my 30 years of yo yo dieting! I'm missing Susan summers diet, herbal magic, and a couple others.0
