Trying to be healthy, again.

I have used mfp in the past, but I was really discouraged by everything. I finally made it to my ultimate weight goal of 108lbs, and I still felt like I was really fat. Well, now I know that I was crazy. I am currently at about 165-170lbs, and I would like to lose a bit of weight. My eating habits have gone to rubbish, and I feel like I am just going to gain more and more weight.

I want a fresh start. I think my body looks really nice now, and I would just love to tone up. I think that the key to that is eliminating my three diet pitfalls:

1) Soda

2) Chips

3) Candy and other sweets
Keeping track of what I eat will basically shame me from putting poor fuel into my body. The only thing I need now is a support group to encourage me to keep logging.

    I'm so glad you posted this. I too am trying to get back to being healthy and fit. I'm about the same weight range as you are and need to be eliminating a lot of the same stuff you are too. I used this website a long time ago to try and get back in shape but ended up either forgetting or just losing sight of my goals. I'm back on it now determined to use it and get my health back.

    In about six months I'll be leaving for Navy bootcamp and really want to get looking badass again haha
