    Ok, I have a challenge or two...

    Challenge 1: Food

    As it is the holiday season right around the corner, I thought we could all help eachother out and try to find one healthy and tasty recipe that could replace a traditional holiday mainstay. Any of the upcoming holidays will work.

    Challenge 2: Exercise

    Sometimes it is difficult to stay motivated and not become bored with the same old exercise routine. Perhaps we could all try a new activity this week and report of how well it went next weekend

    That's a great idea! I'll look for a recipe when I get home! If you have a gym/dance class that offers it, Zumba is a FANTASTIC exercise class and I'd do it every day if I could!

    i just joined curves today to get an extra boost, first workout was slow but good, trainer had to show me each machine while i was using it

    Hi I'd like to join in ,just restarted my weight loss plan after falling off the wagon,lost 46 ibs and managed to put on 14lbs while I was away!!! so I need a boost.
