I've lost 35.2 pounds so far and hopefully my pics will post! lol. But seriously I came to MFP after a year of depression and emotional eating. I thought I would be 185 pounds forever, but a doctor's visit changed all of that for me. When she told me I would have to go on blood pressure meds at the age of 23 I was devastated! I knew it was time to do something! So eating well and fitness have become my life! I'm almost to a healthy BMI!

    That's great our story is similiar just i haven't lost that much yet....I too had to be but on BP meds at the age of 29 and I am determined to get off and loose weight....That's great I'm happy for you keep up the hard work!
