i was wondering since my mom or sis make food..idk how many calories it have inside.. im indian so tthey mix alots stuff so what should i do??

  • Simply ask them all of the ingredients that they put in each dish then use a calorie counter. Common sense tells you that if a dish is fried or contains fatty ingredients such as oils, fatty meats, or other unhealthy foods.....it's going to contain alot of calories.

    If it is too difficult to acquire the ingredients, than you could always eat small portions of each item.

    Maybe try to write down the recipe, not only so you could make it yourself later, but also so you can count the calories in each dish.
