lost, gained and trying to lose again

hi, my name is hessah i'm 21 years old.
few yeas ago i lost a lot of wight and i was really in a good shape. these couple of years i gained all the wight again
and it's harder to lose it again ,but this time i'm determined to get back in shape and lose the wight.
this is my first week.:wink:

    I, too, lost weight and gained it back. In 2010, I lost 50 pounds. I went from 180 to 133. After giving birth to my daughter I continued to eat like a pregnant woman and gained the weight back. I got back up to 180, and I want to get back down to at least 140.Add me as a friend if you'd like.

    Hello Hessah.

    I did the same thing. Several years ago I lost about 80 pounds on Weight Watchers. I moved and did not continue with the program, so I gained the weight back plus a few. Be encouraged. Never give up.:flowerforyou:

    Yep I have the same issue, I am back because I gained back 12 pounds. At least this time I did not gain it all back. We have to get our good habits back again, that is what MFP will help with and lots of support on the site from others in the same boat. Good luck with it!

    yeah totally sometimes i want to get the diet watchers programs but then i think i should relay on myself so i don't lose control if something changed

    Round 2 err maybe 3 for me. I was 340 dropped to 270 used gym and mfp to get down to 225 stopped MFP went up to 250 started MFP went down to 210 stopped MFP back up to 250 ...here I am again...for me I just cant stop tracking the food because when i do I'll start eating WAY to much and one day turns into two turns into weeks turns into months and auuugghhh well you get the cycle.

    yeah me 2 !! but sometimes when i think about what i am eating i just want to eat more.
    yea its such a hard thing but you did it many times and you can do it again and hopefully this time it would be steady:flowerforyou:
