I just started again. My new fitness plan says I have to lose fat and gain muscle and I need help and encouragement.

    Hier! Hier! Wohne zufällig auch in München :-)

    There is a really small group 'Bayern - let´s do it !' But sadly it's not very active. I would love to have a little more local support but so far the attempts of joining a German group have been rather fruitless. I'm happy with my American groups and friends but the time difference definitely is an issue... So let's try together :flowerforyou:

    Most of my buddies are also from the other side of the Atlantic. Maybe we can change things in Bavaria...lol.
