Hi Everyone,
I am looking to see what everyone eats on a daily basis! I have done the whole 6 small meals a day, clean eating and I find it very hard to stick to because the food is just not good. I want to know some meals things that you guys eat that doesn't taste like complete crap and is healthy

During the weight loss phase I continued to eat the foods I liked, which included fast food 3-4 times a week, frozen dinners, chips and sweets, and then things like whole grains, veggies etc etc. I lost over 50lbs eating this way-weight loss is about a calorie deficit.
Also frequency of meals is a preference thing and nothing more. Eat as many or as few as you like, just stay within your calorie allotments and you'll be good to go0 -

Not entirely true but generally, it doesn't matter enough. Concerning weightloss, you can generally eat what you like so long as you stick to a caloric deficit. I prefer to eat more veggies and lean proteins as I find that they fill me up more since i'm eating so much less.0 -
I eat burrito, sandwiches, pizzas and all the regular tasty things. The only difference is I eat smaller portions more frequently. Like, instead of eating 4 slices in one meal. I would eat 2 slices than the other 2 slices 2 hours later. Or like half a burrito now and the other half a couple of hours later.0
