Not sure if I'm allowed to post this here. I'm someone that finds it extremely helpful to have a buddy when losing weight. I found this site that matches you up with someone based on age, gender, goals, etc. I just thought it should be shared with others.

    thank you...i do so much better with one also..i also find it better and easier if someone is pushing me..as in who can work out more minutes in a week or a day or something like that also..
