Belly fat

Hi, I recently lost 3 stone (42 pounds) simply through eating well and exercise. I've lost all the weight except for my stomach! I have that pooch that just wont go. How do I get rid of the remaining fat without having to do intense cardio thus loosing even more weight all over the body and ending up looking like a skeleton. I'm currently at my recommended weight for my height so losing even more weight is definitely not ideal.

I've heard heavy lifting could help in that department.0

A small calorie deficit and grab some weights. This has been my best combo for fat loss.

How do you know which weights, or what amount is best for you?0

In the context of heavy lifting, heavy is relative to you. I started off with just the barbell on all my lifts and worked from there.
OP, resistance training would be beneficial to help lower body fat percentage. Maybe look into strong lifts 5x5 or similar programs. Find a good structured program and follow it.0 -
