I have been told 80 lbs. is a pretty big milestone. So I thought I would share. FYI. Started in June 2013. Before photo is pretty accurate of where I started.

    Way to go, you are like a whole new different oerson and look consideraly younger too. That is an amazing accomplishment whcih would have taken lots of hard work and guts, so well done and for the rest you want to lose :)
