Is that me in the mirror?

I have been doing well, keep under goal most days, been exercising a lot, especially since start of January, and the weight is slowing coming down.
So, I got out of the shower and looked in the mirror, which is hard not to do, and I just got this weird feeling all over, like I was looking at something alien.
I think I have figured out why, and that is a roll of fat on my left side of my body has flattened out (it is still there on right side).
I guess that should be an NSV, but it just left me feeling weird instead. Anyone else had a similar experience?
I guess it will just take my brain a bit of time to adjust to "That sexy person in the mirror is YOU"

LOVE IT....THANKS FOR THE REMINDER0 -
I can relate! For a long time, I was always shocked when I saw myself in pictures or a really good look at myself in a mirror. It was like "who's that fat girl, that can't be me!". Also when I first realized I had fat rolls on my back, I couldn't believe that was me! Now that I have lost some weight, I often get the same feeling, but now it's more of "wow, whose thighs are those, they can't be mine, they look too small!"
I am glad I never got used to seeing myself fat, that would have meant I accepted it. I am committed to seeing myself clearly as a thinner person.0
