Hey there!
I'm from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada- 39yrs old.
I lost 80lbs Jan-Nov'2012- gained 45lbs back by spring'13- held that weight til now- trying hard to get back on that train :)
I like eating 'relatively clean' wherever possible
Just wanted to new MFP friends :)
