Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation

Help.
I am looking for a weight loss programme that is decent (and where I don't starve).

Has anyone tried this?? If you have would you recommend it?

    Hi, i love michelle's cookbook - its my favourite book. i didn't bother paying for the 12 week workout though. just used mfp, walked incidentally for about 2 -3 hours each day (eg. walking to/from station, extra walks on weekends/shopping) and gym 3 times a week for an hour - and that worked fine. every time i wanted to watch tv, i would go to the gym and watch it there. I also made sure during the day when i wanted to lie down, I sat, and when I wanted to sit, I stood instead.

    Im interested in this too, Im thinking of starting the March 24th intake.

    It looks ok but I think she sets calories at 1200 and I'd eat my friggin arm on that much
