How Many Calories are You Eating?

After continued research, I've found no studies that show a benefit from eating more than 1.5g/lb. Therefore, I've lowered my protein goal to 217 grams/day (25%). I've also found that as I've been on this higher calorie diet for a few weeks now, its much easier to meet my goal of 3500. In fact, I've been at 4000 the last two days. Monday I'll weigh and see how much I gained on the second week.0
