Can everyone give me their top 5 favorite cardio songs? I need some new workout tunes.
I gravitate towards Latin, Reggaeton, old school Hip Hop, Zumba music, and Middle Eastern beats to keep me moving... but any suggestions from any genre are more than welcome!

I like music with a 4/4 beat, try northern soul and if you want a real good workout dance to it too, proper cardio if you can!

If you like offbeat stuff, look into some up tempo Zydeco--Beau Jocque, CJ Chenier, Steve Riley, Nathan Williams, Chris Ardoin and Double Clutchin, Geno Delafose.

I created a playlist of songs I like to use when doing BBL:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkYBPz4jENA&list=PLBONK-QviijCvoJhoq2xV6GLdoXxt8Adz

It's mostly, if not all, Korean. :P

I can't think of my top 5....but my #1 is "My Humps" by Black Eyed Peas. As I am jogging I am thinking of how small my lady lumps will be at the end!

But really...I am not too much into rap...but when it comes to working out, my entire playlist is composed of rap...Eminem, Tupac, you name it. Something about it just gives me energy!

When I'm running I absolutely love Kodaline's album because it stops me running too fast so I can run further/ longer
