I have been doing MFP almost a week. My weigh in day isn't until Tuesday so I don't know how well I'm doing yet. I have been reading a lot on the boards though and am worried about calorie intake. I have come across this site http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ that seems be a favorite for a lot of people. My question is, from scooby's workshop which number should I use the BMR, TDEE or the one that says based on goal?

  • BMR is the calories you require if you are in a comma ... to stay alive
    TDEE is what you need to keep you at your current
    Use the number based on your goal in line six as this is TDEE minus your defect. Remember after a loss of 5lbs recalculate
