On my bottle says only 20 calories per 100ml. I'm trying to eat healthy as possible (but yesterday I overate a lot :() do you think it's a good idea to drink Nestea? I don't like regular tea, only this iced tea but I need anything else on my menu besides only water...

I don't think 20 calories is going to constitute elimination......probably reduce the more calorie dense foods you eat would be a better course of action. These types of questions generally raise the red flag for me,,,,,,how many calories do you eat a day and how much do you weight?

Depends how much you drink of it per day! If it's making a significant dent in your calories per day and you're still hungry, it might be a good idea to cut down on it a little and replace those cals with food.
You can also make your own iced peach tea, if you can find peach tea leaves (or bags) at the shops. With sweetener instead of sugar it would be virtually calorie-free.

I don't see why it would be considered 'unhealthy'. Just make sure that you're getting the right macro & micronutrients (and that the tea isn't using up calories you could use to fill those goals) and there's no problem. If it's sugary then you want to watch out for your teeth, of course

Yeah, it's really sweet. I will drink it maybe once a week. Just to change up a little. Thank you!
