Sticking my neck out here....

but here goes...

I have been dieting for about a year and a half...lost the most and stuck with it the best when I was part of a challenge group. The accountability portion being the biggest motivation...if I have to share my weekly weigh in with people I wanna have a change or showing someone my diary makes me wanna make sure I don't indulge in a whole medium pizza. I also have fibromyalgia which sometimes makes workouts difficult...so some of the traditional 30 day challenges don't always work for me since my hips and back can't handle too much floor work or squats as well as some. I also know that for some there is emotional baggage they must lose before they fully dive into a weight loss plan. Meaning that there are triggers that cause them to eat with out really being hungry whether it is emotional or just plan boredom. So I sat down and developed a new kind of challenge...The truth or dare challenge. It is simple...for every day in February there is either a question or an exercise with a rest day from both every filth day. The exercises I chose were jumping jacks, crunches, and pushups...the ones I can normally do even on flare up days. I have a the full calendar up on Facebook...Search Mad Dieter and it is in the notes section of the page. If I get enough responses...trying for 10 people I will do a group here as well as Facebook.. This is the first group that I have run like this so bear with me as I am learning but I am eventually looking to become a beachbody coach so this is great practice.

Anyone interested?

Congrats for realizing what you can and cannot do and forming a group!!!!

I have my own schedule and an accountability group on Facebook and it helps so much! So I'm not interested in your group for myself but wanted to encourage you!

    Way to go.
  • Thank you so much...This is gonna be a learning experience for me.
