Is low carb eating good when walking 4 miles a day

I use to be the small athletic girl until about 4 years ago and i gained wait like there was no tomorrow. i recently started doing atkins and i walk about 4 miles a day. should i be eating more carbs if i walk that much a day? im also a nurse aide so im on my feet walking 8 hours a day on top of what i have started doing on my treadmill.

You don't need to adjust eating for low intensity, low burn exercise like walking 4 miles a day.
If you were running 4 miles a day, yes, possibly. If you were walking 14 miles a day, yes, possibly. But not at walking 4 miles a day...0 -
Its all personal.. if you feel tired or lethargic just add carbs back in.. for me, if I eat less than 200g per day I struggle during my workouts. But some have great success.0
