How to get to Maintenance?

Hi! I'm a 5'1" female that went from 122lbs to 111lbs (from July 2013 to January 2014). I want to lose one more pound and weigh 110lbs and keep my weight there. I'm almost there! yay!
I heard that there is a "Maintenance" section of Myfitnesspal that you can go to and it will help you maintain your goal weight once you have reached it. Does anyone know how to find it? Or do you have any specific weight loss tips on how to maintain your goal weight once you've reached it?
Thank you all!

Go to your setting, then edit your goal. You'll find a setting for maintain.
Also, you don't really need to lose that one lbs, because I can assure you, you're not going to stay there. You'll stay around there. Body weight fluctuates daily, and it can be up to eight lbs either way. It's not fat, it's just the cycle of water and food that goes through you're body. There's absolutely no need to worry about that last pound, unless that's what makes you happy
Just know, you won't be able to keep it 100% constant0 -
